1. Information Accuracy:
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any travel information, recommendations, or advice provided. Travel conditions and requirements may change, and it is the traveler's responsibility to verify pertinent details before making travel decisions.
2. Service Limitations:
Our consultancy services include providing advice and planning assistance; however, we do not take responsibility for any aspect of the travel itself. This includes but is not limited to, transportation, accommodation, activities, and any other services booked independently by the traveler.
3. Third-Party Services:
We may recommend or arrange services provided by third parties, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any actions, omissions, or errors by these third-party service providers. Travelers should review the terms and conditions of these providers independently.
4. Travel Risks:
All travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, and financial loss. Travelers assume full responsibility for any such risks and agree to release our consultancy from any claims or liabilities arising from their travel.
5. Cancellation and Changes:
Changes or cancellations to travel plans may result in penalties or fees. Travelers should familiarize themselves with the cancellation policies of all service providers involved in their itinerary. Our consultancy is not responsible for any costs incurred due to changes or cancellations.
6. Refund Policy:
Full Refund:
Full refunds are only available if the request is made within 24 hours of booking our consultancy services, provided no planning or booking activities have been initiated.
Partial Refund:
Partial refunds may be granted if planning activities have commenced but no bookings have been finalized. The amount refunded will be at the discretion of our consultancy, based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
No Refund:
No refunds will be issued once bookings have been made with third-party service providers, or if the cancellation request is made after the travel itinerary has been finalized and shared with the traveler.
Refunds will be processed in 8-10 working days.
7. Insurance:
We strongly recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other potential risks. Our consultancy does not provide insurance services but can offer recommendations on reputable insurance providers.
8. Personal Responsibility:
Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Our consultancy can offer guidance but does not guarantee the approval or issuance of any documents.
9. Traveler Conduct:
Travelers are expected to adhere to the laws, regulations, and cultural norms of the destination country. Any illegal or inappropriate behavior by the traveler is their sole responsibility, and our consultancy disclaims any liability arising from such actions. Travelers should respect local customs and practices to ensure a positive experience for themselves and others.
10. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our consultancy's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the traveler for the consultancy services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
